&Gallery Open Call 2026

Open to
Artists living and working in the UK and worldwide. No age restriction.

Accepted media include painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, photography, sculpture, ceramics, tapestries, weavings, artist books, glass, and silversmithing.

Film and video installations, sound works, and performances cannot be accommodated.

Application Fee
£15 per submission.

Maximum of 2 artworks per submission. Artists may submit more than one application.

What’s Provided

• Inclusion in a curated physical group exhibition at &Gallery in Edinburgh.

• Opportunity to exhibit and sell selected artworks.

• Exhibition scheduled for September 2026.

What the Applicant Must Cover

• Delivery of selected artworks to the gallery.

• Any courier or transport arrangements for artwork delivery.

Exhibition dates: 5–30 September 2026.

Deadline
30 June 2026 (midnight).

Key Dates

• Selection notifications: from 14 July 2026

• Artwork delivery deadline: 28 August 2026

• Exhibition opening: 5 September 2026

Additional Notes

• No set theme.

• All submitted works must be available for sale.

• Works must have been created within the past 24 months.

• Maximum artwork size: 120 x 120 cm.

• Original works only; reproductions are not accepted except original limited-edition works where applicable.

• Three-dimensional wall-based, plinth-based, and floor-based works are eligible.
