Additional priority will be given to projects that align with the Black Arts Centre's mandate, including BIPOC, Disabled, Queer, Immigrant, Refugee, Newcomer, and other underrepresented perspectives. Priority is also given to applicants based in Canada.

Submission portal is open from June 1 to August 8.
Proposals are reviewed by the Black Arts Centre team and a rotating committee of external community members using an internal evaluation rubric.
Applicants will begin to hear back in September.
Submission does not guarantee selection. All proposals will be kept on file for future consideration, and updated or alternate proposals may also be submitted.
