Open to
Artists, curators, and collectives working in contemporary visual arts. Proposals must be conceived for one of CLARK’s two gallery spaces.

What’s Provided
Exhibition opportunity as part of CLARK’s 2027–2028 exhibition program.
Exhibition fee of $2,700 per exhibition, paid according to CARFAC/RAAV recommended fee schedules.
Curator’s fee of $1,000 where applicable, including exhibition text writing and facilitation of the public program.
Up to 16 hours of production support from the technical team at Atelier CLARK.
Technical assistance during installation and deinstallation from the Exhibitions Coordinator.
Honorarium of $275 for a public activity involving a guest participant.
Production budget of $350 upon submission of receipts.
Transportation costs determined according to the residence of the participants.
For artists, curators, and collectives based outside Montréal: travel reimbursement up to $750 and up to six nights of accommodation during installation upon submission of receipts.
Professional photographic documentation of the exhibition.
What the Artist/Applicant Must Cover
Any costs exceeding the support and reimbursement provided by CLARK.
Preparation and submission of all required application materials.
For applicants outside Montréal, submission of an anticipated expense breakdown related to travel, artwork transportation, and/or artwork shipment.
Duration
The exhibition program consists of five six-week exhibition periods running from September 2027 to June 2028.

Other Essential Notes
Applications must be submitted through CLARK’s online submission form.
Required materials include a project description, artist or curatorial statement, CV(s), and visual documentation.
Optional materials may include technical requirements, exhibition layout plans, and environmental responsibility strategies.
Artists, curators, or collectives who presented a solo exhibition at the Pôle de Gaspé between September 2022 and June 2027 are not eligible.
Artists, curators, or collectives who presented a project in CLARK’s Poste audio between 2023 and 2026 are not eligible.
CLARK reserves one or two exhibition slots each year for artists, curators, or collectives based outside Montréal.
Accessibility assistance is available for applicants who require support completing their application.
