CutOut Fest – International Animation and Digital Art Festival

Open to
Individuals aged 18 or older submitting animated works. Eligible categories include:

• Animated Narrative Short Film

• Animated Experimental Short Film

• Animated Music Video

• Animated Bachelor's (Undergraduate) Film

• Virtual Reality (VR) Experience

Works must have been completed between January 2025 and August 15, 2026, be no longer than 30 minutes, and include English subtitles. The Bachelor's category is exclusively for undergraduate students.

Application Fee

• Early Bird: USD $10

• Regular Deadline: USD $20

What's Provided

• Screening as part of the Official Selection

• Eligibility for awards in multiple competition categories

• Up to three festival accreditations per selected work

• Participation in an international animation and digital art festival featuring screenings, exhibitions, workshops, artist talks, and lectures.

What the Applicant Must Cover

• Submission fee

• Shipping or transportation costs for any required materials or equipment

• Travel and accommodation expenses if attending the festival.
