Filmmakers based in countries served by Fujifilm Middle East, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, Iran, and others.

What’s Provided
Selected films will be screened as part of the Fujifilm Short Film Festival. Awards will be given in five categories: Experimental, Commercial, Narrative, Documentary, and Student. A parallel program of talks and workshops will also be offered.

What the artist/applicant must cover
Any necessary clearances. Films must pass UAE National Media Council screening and meet content guidelines. Applicant must hold rights to all copyrighted materials.

Duration
Festival runs December 12–14, 2025
Films must be under 30 minutes and first published within the past 2 years

Films must not contain nudity, coarse violence, or overt political messaging. The opportunity is non-exclusive and does not require a premiere status.
