Application Fee

  • Regular submissions: Free

  • Optional expedited submission: $8

What’s Provided

  • Publication in Harbor Review’s digital issue #17 (theme “Savagery”)

  • Honorarium: $10 paid via PayPal per published poem or artwork

What the Artist/Applicant Must Cover

  • Prepare 1–3 poems (in a single PDF or Word doc with a short bio) or

  • Prepare 1–3 high-resolution images (min. 2000px longest side plus bio and artist statement)

Duration

  • Submission window: February 1 to April 30, 2026

Other Notes

  • Harbor Review publishes two digital issues per year.

  • Editors aim to respond within six months.

  • Simultaneous submissions must be withdrawn if accepted elsewhere.
