  • Letter of intent/proposal (maximum 500 words).

  • Artist, curator, or organizer biographies (maximum 250 words each, PDF).

  • CV of the principal organizer, curator, or artist(s) (PDF).

  • Up to 15 images or media files following the stated file requirements.

  • Support material list (PDF).

  • Cultural context statement (maximum 250 words).

Other Essential Notes

  • Proposals may request the use of The LAIR or Passages Gallery in addition to the Mary E. Black Gallery if additional exhibition space is needed.

  • Exhibition proposals are reviewed by a rotating exhibition review committee.

  • Proposals are evaluated on artistic merit, suitability for the gallery, feasibility, and diversity impact.
