International poets, visual artists, and hybrid creators. Especially encourages submissions from BIPOC, queer, and gender non-conforming individuals. Must be 18+. No AI-generated or AI-assisted work will be accepted.

Application Fee
$5 (goes toward the Poetry Society of New York’s free programming)

What’s Provided
Publication in Milk Press’s Summer 2025 digital issue. Work may also appear in future promotional materials and be archived electronically.

What the artist/applicant must cover
$5 submission fee. No additional publication costs.

Duration
One-time digital publication; reading period lasts 3–4 months.

Deadline
July 31, 2025

Additional Notes

• Submissions must be unpublished.

• Simultaneous submissions accepted only for poetry and visual art—not hybrid.

• Submission limits:

• Poetry: 5 pages max

• Visual Art: 5 pages or 1 video

• Hybrid Work: 10 pages max

• Include a third-person bio and cover letter via Submittable

• Artists retain all rights post-publication
