Print Center New York — New Voices 2027 Open Call

Open to

U.S.-based emerging artists who incorporate printmaking into their practice through concept, materials, or techniques. Applicants must reside in a U.S. state or territory, be at least one year out of a degree-seeking art program, and not be enrolled during the 2026–27 academic year.

What’s Provided

• Participation in a curator-selected group exhibition (June 3–August 21, 2027, anticipated)

• $2,500 unrestricted artist honorarium

• Round-trip shipping and framing for exhibited works

• Round-trip travel, lodging, and meals support for the three-day artist intensive

• Publication featuring a critical essay

• Public programming and artistic/professional development opportunities

What the Applicant Must Cover

No application fee. Shipping, framing, and eligible travel/lodging for the in-person intensive are covered by Print Center New York.

Duration

Program activities take place throughout summer 2027, including a three-day artist cohort intensive and the group exhibition (anticipated June–August 2027).

Essential Notes

• Six to eight artists will be selected for the final cohort.

• Applications require short responses, up to 10 work samples created since January 1, 2022, and a CV.

• The application opens on September 1, 2026, and is submitted online through Submittable.
