Rome Open Art Festival

Location: Medina Roma Gallery, Via Angelo Poliziano 28-36, 00184 Rome, Italy

Open to:
Artists worldwide working in any medium, including painting, sculpture, photography, video, and performance. Emerging artists, students, and those without academic qualifications are welcome.

Application Fee:
Free to submit. Selected artists pay a €180 participation fee to cover exhibition expenses.

What’s Provided:

• Exhibition at Medina Roma Gallery in central Rome

• Promotional campaign through Art Number 23’s social media and newsletter

• Installation and handling of artworks by the organizing team

• Photos and videos of the event and exhibited works

• No commission taken on sales (artists retain 100% of sales revenue)

What the Artist Must Cover:

• €180 participation fee (per artist)

• Shipping of artworks to and from the gallery (if not attending in person)

Duration:
Exhibition dates: 11–17 September

• Opening: 11 September

• Exhibition and performances: 12–13 September

• Public viewing: 14–17 September (10:00–13:00, 15:00–19:00)

Deadline:
No fixed deadline. Applications remain open until all exhibition spots are filled.
