Open to: Photographers and image-makers of all ages worldwide — new, emerging and established practitioners.
Application Fee:
One free single image submission available to everyone.
Standard entry for four images: £35 per person.
RPS Member rate: £27 per person.
Under 30 rate: £20 per person (must be under 30 on 2 December 2025).
What’s Provided:
Exhibition of selected works in a touring group exhibition across RPS partnering venues.
Prize awards including: the IPE Award (£1,000 + 1-year free RPS membership), the Under 30s Award (£1,000 + membership).
Solo exhibition (2 weeks) for one selected photographer at RPS partner venues.
Publication features: Selected photographers may be featured in the RPS Journal; all selected receive a digital copy of the IPE edition of the RPS Journal.
Digital and international recognition for shortlisted entrants.
What the Artist/Applicant Must Cover:
Submission of digital images (online entry).
If shortlisted, prints must be submitted for final selection.
Travel, accommodation, shipping of prints (if relevant) are not explicitly provided.
