Duration
SITE Jodhpur Edition 1 will take place from 29 January to 19 March 2027. Selected artists are expected to spend time in Jodhpur as part of the research and development process.

Additional Notes

  • The open call focuses on Jodhpur’s water ecologies, stepwells, water systems, ecological histories, built heritage, and collective memory.

  • Proposals across all media are welcome, including installation, sculpture, sound, film, performance, socially engaged practice, digital media, research-led projects, and interdisciplinary approaches.

  • Artists are encouraged to propose new work developed specifically for SITE Jodhpur.

  • Only one artist will be selected to develop a major solo site-specific intervention.

  • Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview with the selection jury.

  • Selected artist notification: 1 August 2026.
