  • This open call seeks the ninth Incidental Artist within Eastside Projects' ongoing Incidental Artists programme.

  • The fellowship is informed by the ideas of the Artist Placement Group (APG), which promoted artists working within broader social and civic contexts.

  • The opportunity is not a placement at Eastside Projects or Birmingham School of Art, but a chance to work within and alongside the city of Birmingham.

  • Previous projects have included exhibitions, performances, films, workshops, public events, radio projects, community collaborations, and other interdisciplinary outcomes.

  • Applicants must submit their application using the official Application Pack provided by Eastside Projects.
