Women, nonbinary, and trans people in the entertainment industry across multiple career tracks including writers, directors, producers, artisans/crew, scholars/curators, and business roles.
Applicants must have a clear career focus and meet any experience requirements listed in the application.
Participants must be local to Los Angeles to take part.

Year-long fellowship including mentoring, community-building events, educational workshops, career strategy sessions, and support for a personalized project plan.

Applications open October 1, 2025 and close January 7, 2026 (extended January 14, 2026 for WIF Members at the Creative level and above).

Program includes both in-person and virtual meetings.
